JOINT CLUB SPEAKER MEET
Rotary Club of Chennai Bharathi, in association with other participating clubs of RI District 3232 (RC CHENNAI CLASSIC, RC MADRAS MARINA, RC MADRAS COSMOS, RC CHENNAI KK NAGAR, RC CHENNAI GOLDEN STAR, RC CHENNAI SEWAK, RC CHENNAI PRESTIGE) organized an international joint speaker meeting at the cosmopolitan Golf annex club, Nandanam on February 15, 2024.
The speaker of the evening was Phf. Rtn. Dr. Edward Fenech is a pioneer in special education from the Rotary Club of La Vallette, Malta. He spoke on the topic *? DYSLEXIA- COPING WITH LIFE CHALLENGES?*. Dr. Edward, being a dyslexic himself, enlightened the audience on how he overcame his challenges and is still going through some of them, which has made him very successful in his life.
He mentioned that dyslexia is a boon but not a bane. Its not just the academics and marks that matter; the ambiance and atmosphere in which we are surrounded matters.
It was a super enlightening sessions and left the audience inspired.
