7th Board Meeting 8th Feb. 2024
1. The minutes of the previous board meeting were approved.
2. Rtn K K Walia ji advised the board that an Adult Literacy camp is being finalized at Kazheri Village and will start functioning very soon.
3. The draft bylaws were tabled by Rtn Rajendra Partap ji, and it was requested to board members to suggest their observations in the next board meeting.
4. President Arun Kamboj ji provided details of donations to TRF.
5. Rtn Rajesh Bindra ji, the Treasurer, presented the details of income and expenses to the board.
6. A zonal function "Saka Sirhind" was attended by our Club. Garbage bags were distributed to the langar organizers, and an awareness van with banners was run from Mohali to Fatehgarh Sahib. The project was well-received by the people, and our clubs share of expenses was Rs 6200/- for the zone.
