17th February 2024 - Yoga Workshop at Asha Kiran
Under the guidance of Yoga Teacher, 16 children did standing Asans, Dharasana, Vrikshasan followed by Suryanamaskar, Butterfly Chalki Asan, Paschimottasan, Bhujangasan, Naukasan, forward bending and side to side stretches.
