*Dronacharya - Mentorship program* organised by Thane Premium club for 3 months is from Dec to Feb for KBP college.
As an enhancement and as a part of RYPEN, we have planned every week one speaker talk (an industry expert) to address the mentees on certain topics essential for their personal and career growth.
on Saturday 10th Feb 2024, we had speaker *Mr. Varkey Joseph* on communication skills. He is Customer Care and Communication specialist with over 35 years of experience as a marketing and sales professional with cross functional expertise across retail and FMCG industry both in India and internationally, working in Raymond.
Wonderful interactive session happened with students being super excited about participating in the quiz and wonderful strategy by the speaker was witnessed to bring out the core point of discussion from the students. He spoke about personal brand which is the combination of your skills, the values you present and the impression you leave.
