Later, the Welcome Board of Rotary Club Bettiah Central was inaugurated by Rtn. DG S.P. Bagaria. President Equabal Raza, Secretary Manoj Kumar Singh, Vice President Sujay Kumar Sinha, Dr. Pradeep Kumar, Dr. Sheela Ranjan, Mojibur Rahman, Devrishi Sharan etc. were present on the occasion.
