Meeting Number 4166: General Meeting
Meeting was organized on 28th November 2023 at 17 Degrees hotel – Ashok Nagar. It was a general meeting for the upcoming project RYLA Camp. The event is chaired by Rtn. Rahul Vyas. Project chair with the core team of RYLA were present in the meeting with other club members.
A brief description of the camp was given by the Project Chair in the start of the meeting.
The meeting was taken up by the club secretary after the report. Various concerns of the camp and guidance the young team was given by the senior members and were assured that any help needed for the smooth running of the camp will be arranged.
