Health Workshop on 16th April at Manav Mangal school Zirakpur
Rtn Dr Jatinder Sharma, Advamed Hospital, AdBaby IVF Zirakpur. SSS state coordinator, Indian academy of Paediatrics Punjab, our esteemed club member gave a lecture to senior students of Manav Magal School Zirakpur regarding importance of Healthy food, Physical activities, less Screen Time, adequate sleep, ill effects of different type of addictions and how to improve Mental Health. It was very informative presentation and if adopted by growing children it would be very helpful to them in improving their lifestyle and management of their studies. RC Chandigarh Central is very thankful to management and teachers of Manav Mangal School for allowing our club to organise such talk for students.
